However, the racket sports have provided them opportunity to play with a light hand without lifting heavy weights. Racket sports include tennis, squash, badminton, paddle tennis, and racquetball. If an individual wants to excel in racket sports, he should follow some of the guidelines that would help them along their way.

A person who is a new player of racket games usually ignore this fact and hold the racket of any size without actually considering its importance. The head size of racket refers to the hitting, hence it is important to consider it. Each age player should opt for the racket according to his age.

·         Handgrip

It is crucial for an individual to have a grip on racket in order to excel in the game.
