Judo is a martial art which was originated from Japan. The major objective of this martial art is to thrown the opponent for higher score. It was actually invented as an exercise or sport but later on, it was believed to be one of the effective martial art. With proper judo workout, an individual can beat the most experienced judo player as well. There is only one limitation of judo and that is the lack of an appropriate striking technique in the practice.

·         Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

The brazilian jiu-jitsu actually has originated out of Brazil. This martial art has some aggressive and vicious moves like choke holds, grappling, biting, joint locks, and hard striking. The first thing to attack the opponent to grab his lower body part and hold it hard until it breaks. When the opponent is unable to move then the martial artist can leave him. The primary objective is to understand the center of gravity of both the players.

·         Krav Maga

The Krav Maga martial art has originated out of Israel and it was actually created for self-defense. It involves certain aspects of jiu jitsu ground fighting and grappling ways, and the traditional boxing punches. This is a Leam israeli martial arts which is not as simple as it looks. There are certain institutes that are teaching certain krav maga techniques which cannot be learned without joining those institutes.

·         Muay Thai

Thailand has this privilege of creating muay thai techniques. In this sort of martial art, the artist uses the kicks, elbows, knew and punches in attacking the opponent individual. This sport can be an aggressive one but certain secure ways has famous it among the martial art lovers. This is the reason that the muay thai has become an important part of sports industry.

·         Tai chi
